Job Overview:
The Web Design Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the planning, design, and execution of web development projects from conception through completion. This role involves coordinating between clients, designers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects meet objectives, are completed on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both web design and project management, demonstrating an ability to lead creative and technical teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and implementation of web design projects, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and clients.
- Develop detailed project plans to track progress, allocate resources effectively, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
- Report and escalate issues to management as needed, offering solutions to project challenges.
- Ensure quality standards are met and that the final product aligns with client expectations and company branding.
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders, conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Design, Project Management, or related field.
- Proven working experience in project management in the web development sector.
- Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in web development and web technologies.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking.
- PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
Familiarity with project management software and tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, JIRA).

This role involves conducting market analysis, analyzing both product lines and the overall profitability of the business, and developing technical solutions to business problems. Key Responsibilities:
Liaise with stakeholders to understand the needs of the business.
Analyze and model the business domain to create a complete picture of work-flows and technical requirements fulfilled by existing and proposed software.
Develop comprehensive E2E test cases at the application and multi-application levels.
Create functional requirements in use cases and coordinate requirements walk-through and sign-offs.
